Terry Lee Wofford, Sardis City, died
November
9 after a
long illness. He was 56. He is survived by his parents, former
Etowah County Probate Judge Lee Wofford and his wife
Frances, of Sardis
City; son,
Russell Wofford of Sardis
City;
daughter, Kylee Wofford of Los
Angeles; and
brother, Tom Wofford of Sardis
City. Terry
was preceded in death by his son, Patrick Wofford. Terry was a lifelong resident of Etowah
County and a 1973 graduate of Sardis High School. He was the former
music minister and deacon of the Sand Valley Assembly of
God. Visitation will be on Monday afternoon,
November 14, at 1 o'clock at Etowah Memorial Chapel, Sardis City,
with the funeral to follow at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations
to Sand Valley Assembly of God are appreciated.
