Deborah Ann Hall-Smith, 49 of Albertville, Al., formerly of Newport, Tennessee passed away Saturday, June 15, 2013. Pastor Wayne White will officiate the funeral services at Albertville Memorial Chapel on Hwy 431 in Albertville, Al. Friends and family are welcome to attend the visitation from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2013 with funeral to follow at 7 p.m. Burial will be in her hometown at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Dandridge/Newport, Tn. At 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2013. All family and friends are welcome to attend this special graveside service for Deborah, along side her father. Deborah Ann Hall-Smith was born in Newport, Tennessee; she passed away due to a short battle with melanoma cancer. Her life was full of being a great person to all her family and friends. She was the baby of four children. She loved working for 29 years at Federal-Mogul and part-time at Dirt Cheap Discount Store.Her other loves were gardening, her pet “Minnie” and traveling on their Harley Bike with the best and “special friend”, Dennis Bishop of Joppa, for many years. Deborah was an active sales rep. for Mary Kay Cosmetics, member of Bethsaida Baptist Church in Boaz, Al., member of Harley Owners Group, member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie and Auxilary #3263, Huntsville, Al. She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth “Smiley” Hall. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Holloway Hall Miller, brother; Charles E. Hall, sisters; Geraldine Hall Ridens and Mary Lou Hall Burns, special friend; Dennis Bishop and her pet; Minnie. Her family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. Jonathan Storey and staff and the staff at Shepherds Cove Hospice.
