Janet Alene Buchanan Kilgore, age 87, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Gadsden Health and Rehab. The family has chosen cremation and a memorial service will be planned at a later date. She is survived by her daughters, Freda Kelsey (John) and Sue Morton, grandchildren, Andrea Peek (Jeremy), Shawna Battles, Kimberly Kelsey and J. P. Kelsey, great-grandchildren, Kane Miller, Colton Peek and Anden Peek, and sister, Doris Vaughn. Special thanks to Gadsden Health and Rehab and nephew, Steven Vaughn for all of his help. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wesley James Kilgore and sister, Hazel Burgess, brother; Clyde Buchanan Jr., parents; Clyde and Eulala Buchanan Albertville Memorial Chapel Directing
