Mildred Taylor, age 80 of Albertville passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Marshall Medical Center South. Her funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Brashers Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Jimmy Umphrey and Rev. Mike Williamson will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be T. J. Duckett, Cody Hunt, Christopher Dilleshaw, Justin Whitten, Brock Taylor, Dillan Pierce and Danny Gaskin. Honorary pallbearers will be Parker and Easton Hunt and Sam Duckett. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2 before the service. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband; George Taylor, children; Mike Taylor “Tiny”, Lonnie Taylor (Teresa) and Gwen Duckett, grandchildren; Alissa Petty (Brandon), Brock Taylor, Blair Taylor, Brandy Hunt (Cody), T. J. Duckett (Ashley), Dillan Pierce and Christopher Dilleshaw (Katie), great-grandchildren; Parker and Easton Hunt and Sam Duckett, sister; Ganell Abernathy (Larry), and brother-in-law; Harry Isbell. She is preceded in death by her children; Diane Dilleshaw and Billy Joe Taylor, parents; Ruth and J. B. Moore, sister; Brenda Isbell and brothers; Pete, Gary and Bruce Moore.
